Reports are listed in the Reports workspace, newest first. A report that is still being made is listed as Generating… and becomes available on its own.
Click it. The PDF opens in a preview over the whole app. Click it again, or press Escape, to close.
A report marked Generating… or Generation failed has no PDF yet, so clicking it does nothing and its Download and Open actions are hidden.
The preview's Info panel shows how the report was made: author, company, the inspection dates, language and units. Useful when you have several reports and need to know which is which.
Use the report's ⋮ menu and choose Download, or download from the preview. Open puts it in a new browser tab instead, which is quicker for a look before sending.
The PDF is a normal file. Email it, attach it to a ticket, or put it in your document system.
If you included platform links, they only work for people who can sign in to Twinsity. A reader outside your organization sees links that go nowhere. For an external recipient, generate the report without platform links. See What a report contains.
Delete is in the report's ⋮ menu, and asks you to confirm.
Deleting removes the PDF from Twinsity. Any copy already downloaded or emailed is unaffected.
Reports are never overwritten. Each generation adds another, so the list becomes a history of the asset. Worth leaving them in place rather than deleting as you go.
| What you see | What it means |
| No Delete in the menu | You do not have permission to delete reports. |
| Download and Open are missing | The report has no PDF yet. It is either still generating or it failed. |
| The report says Generating… | It is still being made. The list updates on its own. |
| The list is not in the order I want | Reports are always newest first; there is no sort control. |
| A link in the PDF does not work for a colleague | They cannot sign in, or lack access to that project. |
