How do I create an inspection report?

Open the relevant model from your project. Press the "Report" button in the top bar of the software. Adjust your desired settings and the report will be created automatically.

How can I sign my inspection report with the blockchain?

Open the model in question and press the "Report" button in the top bar of the software. Then check the "Blockchain" box and export the report.

Can I download my project to my PC and use it offline?

No, TWINSPECT® is a web-based platform and projects cannot be downloaded to the desktop.

Which internet browser can I use to launch TWINSPECT®?

You can use TWINSPECT® in any internet browser, but we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Which annotations are included in the inspection report?

The inspection report contains all annotations made in the original 2D images of the object.

My project is not loading. Why?

If your project does not load, it is possible that one of the following errors occurred:

• You are using the wrong browser: We recommend Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
• The internet connection is bad
• Expired license period: If the license period of the project has expired, contact us at sales@twinsity.com and we will help you
• Lack of authorization for the project
• The quality is too high for your device: If the delay occurrs because of the device you are using, lower the quality of the model so that it can be displayed without problems
