Moving or deleting a project
Both are icon buttons at the right of the project's row in the Projects list. Point at one to see its name: Move to other workspace shows two arrows, Delete project a bin. If a button is not there, you do not have the rights: these buttons are hidden rather than greyed.
Moving a project to another workspace
- On the project's row, click Move to other workspace (the two-arrows button).
- Under Select new workspace, pick the destination.
- Click Yes, move to different workspace.
You can only move a project to a workspace in your current organisation.
What moving changes
The confirmation lists these:
- Existing links stop working. Bookmarks and links in emails or tickets no longer reach the project.
- People may lose access. Access granted through the old workspace does not follow the project. Anyone who needs it must be a member of the new workspace, or of the project itself.
- Linked reports stop working. Reports referencing the project no longer resolve.
None of this loses data. The project and its observations stay intact. Only the routes to it change.

Deleting a project
On the project's row, click Delete project (the bin), then Confirm.
A project Admin who does not administer the workspace has no bin on the row. They delete from the project itself: click its row to open the details panel, and on the Details tab click Delete project.
Deleting is permanent. The project, its observations, images, files and reports all go. There is no recycle bin.
Reports you have already downloaded are unaffected. Those are files on your own machine.
If you are clearing a workspace to delete it, consider moving anything worth keeping first.

Moving and deleting change the workspace, so the buttons on the row ask for rights on the workspace. See Understanding roles and permissions.
Why can't I move or delete?
