You need an account to sign in to Twinsity. Create one yourself from the sign-in page, or from an invitation a colleague sent you. It is the same kind of account either way, and one account can belong to several organisations.
Always start from the sign-in page. The address shown while you fill in the account form is valid for that one visit only, so a bookmark of it will not open the form again.
When someone invites you to an organisation, workspace or project, you receive an email. If you do not have an account yet, create one as above with the email address the invitation was sent to. Access is given to that address, so an account under a different address does not see what you were invited to.
Already have an account? Sign in with it. What you were invited to appears in your list.
From then on, Twinsity opens where you last were. See Signing in and finding your way around.
Sign in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? above the password field and follow the steps.
| What you see | What it means |
| Only a Demo organisations section, and No organisations yet above it | Your account is not part of an organisation of its own yet. Ask your organisation's administrator to invite the address you signed up with. |
| No organisation yet after signing in | Same. Once the invitation has arrived, click Retry. |
| The projects from an invitation are not in your list | The invitation went to a different email address. Sign in with that address, or ask for an invitation to the one you use. |
| New project is greyed out | Uploading needs permission to create projects in a workspace of your own organisation. Hover the button: the tooltip explains it. See Preparing to upload a project. |
| A saved link to the account form no longer opens it | Start again from the sign-in page and click Create an Account. |
